Still Can Tattoo, one billion

Cue rage. Will I ever be happy with this design? Don't answer that. I want to get this in August.

    Well, maybe I'm not not-happy, but it isn't perfect to me -- and the problem is that I can't tell what it is that I want or need to change, because I've done so many (tiny) revisions on it. I just can't decide on a final. I'm also not sure how much detail I can include, since I don't know much about tattoo design.
